Every assessment, newest first. Drafts save as you work and can be continued on any device.
Shared by everyone who uses the app.
Open the shared drive, then the folder that holds one folder per bike, and choose Use this folder.
Use {reportNo}, {customer}, {bike}, {serial}, {colour}, {type}, {date} and {year}. A “/” in the folder name makes a sub-folder, e.g. {year}/{customer} - {bike}.
Numbers restart at 0001 on 1 January. Only change this to line up with an existing sequence; a number that's already been used is refused.
Everything that appears in the report header. The bike type and options set the checklist and the line drawings.
Add a photo of the bike as received, then mark findings on the line drawings. Each marker links to the nearest component and sets it to Damage or Wear in the inspection list.
Shown on the front page of the report next to the marked-up drawings.
Work zone by zone. Damage findings go in the incident damage table, wear findings in the wear and replacements table. Set the level for each and attach close-ups for the figures.
Check the verdict and summary, choose the figures, then finalise. Finalising files the PDF in the bike's Google Drive folder.
Add the scan report as a PDF or as images. Each page is placed after the Images section.
Choose this bike's existing folder, or create a new one.
